I’m Abigail, co-founder/coordinator of Happy Heart Adult Foster Care Homes. My experience in criminal justice law, psychology, and healthcare has shaped my approach to service provision. I hold an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and am completing a Bachelor of Science in General Psychology (pre-law), with plans to attend law school in 2026.
With eight years of direct healthcare experience, including work in group homes, senior care, and special needs services, I have seen systemic gaps in care firsthand. My focus is on advocacy, policy reform, and service improvements to enhance access for individuals who are elderly, disabled, or experiencing barriers to quality care.
